No. Special pages aren't articles, and can't be categorised in this
manner.

but if I go to the category, the special page
isn't listed. Is there
any way to get this to work?
Could you create a "dummy" page that's a simple redirect to the
special
page? Then the dummy page would show up on the category page, and if
you clicked on it you'd be forwarded to the special page.

Thanks for the help guys. Your approach works well enough for my
purposes Adam :) The special page is a page that contains a dynamic
listing of some specific dining hall menus, which I would like to
appear under my "Dining" category. It worked out.
