Having a little trouble following the if-then logic here. I assume the
"checking" isn't depenent on whether or not the file exists but that you
what it does is to check "to find out if" a file with the same name
already exists, and then, "if the check reveals that such a file does
(or doesn't) exist," it does whatever. Is that right?
