Sorry, but your requirements are inherently foolish. In the real world, people
use the proper tools for the job.
You could fix up and maintain the Oracle support yourself, or you could pay
someone money to do it, but I warn you these would be wasted time and wasted money.
Instead, I would recommend that you either use the proper tools for the job (as
any sensible person would) or use different software which supports your IT
department's arbitrary requirements.
Please do not post a fourth message asking how to "work around" this; there is
no workaround. MediaWiki does not support Oracle at this time, and there is no
way to "work around" it.
