Hello,
First, sorry for my poor english. I hope you will understand our problem.
I'm running a wiki for young children. Most of them don't understand the
exact meaning (or function) of the "Discussion" tab.
# PROBLEM :
Actually their problem seems to be the following :
The "Discussion" tab has two VERY different functions:
1) When it appears on an article (or another page) :
FUNCTION = TALK ABOUT THE PAGE/ARTICLE
It doesn't have to, though.
That's merely a convention used by some wikis, but is in no way mandated by
MediaWiki.
There's no reason why the discussion tab can't be for discussion about the
SUBJECT rather than the PAGE.
