I just tried running:

convert: unable to open image `Template-info.png': Permission denied.
I checked my permissions, and it looks like the owner of some of the
directories is "webservd", while most of the others are the main user for
the wiki account. The webservd owner directory permissions are 0755 while
the main user directories are 0777. The root "images" directory is owned
the main user, and is 0777.
Is that normal, or is it likely that the issue is actually a permissions
problem? Or maybe I just need to su to run the convert command?
It's a bit strange that there's a mixture, but doesn't seem wrong. You
probably uploaded some of the folders (those by your account), and the
others were made by the web server when running the wiki. As it can
create the files, it's no problem.
You can run the convert command to a different folder if you wish:
convert -resize 120 Template-info.svg /tmp/Template-info.png
It was just to test whether your imagemagick was able to produce the
