Hey all,
Just so you know my issue had to do with permissions and write access.
The Wiki ended up defaulting to no css.
I am dealing with a lot of IT security and little support, so it is
tricky at times.

I can not get it back I have tryed replaced files, nothing works. The
other skins work but monobook does not. Also I am making sure to refresh
