I am attempting to update an outdated wiki but REL1_39 is missing from the
extensions repository, and in fact anything after 1.35 isn't there either.
Same issue affects the Skins repository too.

Not having branched releases matching between the groups will cause
compatibility issues.
Can we please get the missing branches made?
