Dear All,
Since upgrading MediaWiki from 1.12 to 1.15 I have lost the ability to upload files, I get
the below internal error.
Could not rename file "C:\PHP\uploadtemp\php140.tmp" to
"public/8/8b/Tn_IMG_6423ASL_CARDIFF.jpg".
Can anyone suggest anything to rectify this?
