Anything I should remove or change? I would be happy to contribute to the
documentation on this topic.

I'm curious what a "virtual host" is, since I didn't do anything with
this
when I installed.
I see that WikiPedia uses a domain "server-type" prefix for the alternate
language versions (?namespaces?), but don't think that I can do that with
my rented hosting (I don't have admin rights - LunarPages). Is there a way
to allow multiple languages if you don't control the server domain naming,
and don't want to pay for extra? (If that's even how it would work.) I'm at
a disadvantage with terminology here. I'm referring to "en." part of
"http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Some article".
In a related vein, is it safe to say that with a cheap hosted web
situation, I'm stuck with "ugly URLs"? I've noticed a discussion in the
install notes about a complicated work around, but I'm assuming that it was
only an option if you had admin rights on the server(s).
At this point, neither of the above issues affect what I'm doing, but I
might need them in the future. So I'm not looking for detailed "how to",
just background info.
