Error message is:
Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) and
(latin1_bin,IMPLICIT) for operation 'concat' (localhost)
unique difference about wiki site is that
gbrowse.org was born with
1.13.1 wiki version and internal site was upgraded to 1.13.1 wiki
version.
I observed that others have got egual problem:
