I'm trying to use the MediaWiki Language Extension Bundle with Mediawiki 1.21.1 with
Translate (Version MLEB 2013.09). All works fine but not the Translation Services of
Microsoft or Yandex. For Yandex I use following settings:

When I translate a section I get no suggestions. In the log files
(messages,access_log,error_log) is no hint for the problem. And with netstat I can see
that there is no connection to the Yandex server.
Have you an idea how to troubleshoot?
