Hi Jon,
Are you getting any errors in your log files? Do the white pages on save happen on newly created pages too, or only the ones imported from your old wiki? What was your old wiki? Can you give us the link to your wiki or is it internal? If you can't let us look at your wiki, can you give us the versions from your Special:Versions page?
