How's that a bug? Seems like the way it should work, the substitution
is merely a precaution from keeping incautious users from using a
template, there still may be reasons (such as the currentday/
currenttime thing, whyever he wants to use it) that a knowledgable
user will put non-SUBST'd templates in his sig.
