Hi,
Maybe I didn't make it clear enough. I am not advocating for posting
particular jobs as in "We are looking to hire a developer for this and that
for that much an hour" or anything of that sort. I was just wondering if it
would be useful to link to a page of one-click isntallation providers, wiki
farms, and stacks like BitNami from the download page or to link to a list
of developers and consultants from relevant pages, etc. Of course, with a
disclaimer that WMF does not endorse these outside parties.
Also, would it be considered OK to have a page of success stories, where
people share what they do wth MediaWiki, why they chose MW,etc. similar to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki_testimonials but not focused on
intranet only.

I have done a couple of edits to

appears at the top and there is a new link to the MediaWiki skills page
at
LinkedIn.
That's a really good idea, actually - linking to other stable MW job
markets, rather than trying to run one on the wiki.
