Hi everyone,
I am working on Extension for page creation/editing notifications
<https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T128827>. I have to trigger the Echo
notification for a particular user group. Is there a way in which EchoEvent
can sent the notification directly to a particular user. Can EchoEvent
handle the usergroup at once ? If no, how can I get the users in the user
group ?
Can anyone help me figure this out ?

Last month Maps 3.6 was released, which brings a number of new options for

Hi there,
Just added Flow extension but when I go to talk page I see the grayed out “Start a new topic” and “about this board” sections but the cursor keeps on spinning …

When my users edit a wiki page, if the page is on their watchlist, they get an email including a link like:

They would like to know if there is a setting so that the email would print out the diff in the email, rather
than them having to select the link to see the diff ??
