Many of his works, and translations of them, are not public domain in the United States.
In this case, much content that reside in many Indic language wikisources, few images in Wikimedia Commons, and may be some works in English wikisource are also against US copyright law. So how can we overcome this issue?
I think this issue is applicable to more countries, not only India.
