[MediaWiki-l] [CentralAuth] Illegal mix of collations (latin1_bin, IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci, COERCIBLE)

Sadly, there is virtually no help for CentralAuth. You'll likely get told to use a shared users table.
I had an issue months ago that no one helped with.
