Thank you for the link,
I am afraid I wont be able to use it, as my knowledge of reg.exp is not that good, the issue I am having is due to partly importing and mass editing, than importing the other bits and using a different edit, now 3 years and 15000 edits later its too late to start over.
The issue is like below,
Now: [[Hyam vdpp1974]] Should be: [[Hyam v dpp (1974)]]
Now: [[Dppvsheldrake 2004]] Should be: [[Dpp v sheldrake (2004)]]
Now: [[R v moloney 1985]] Should be: [[R v moloney (1985)]]
Both should be "Dpp v " and "R v " but there is no way of knowing than as it will do indiscriminatly of real names like "Ace Ventura v unix.com"
Than there is also the following, again I should have been precise, as not always there is a "v" in there like in
Now: [[ criminal justice act 1988]] should become [[ criminal justice act (1988)]]

Hello everyone,
I am Mike, I run www.lawiki.org and was introduced to this list last night on the IRC channel. I thought I would introduce myself and say hi,
Welcome Mike! :)
- I have massive red-links issue on over 2000 pages due to some early
naming convention mistakes. Someone wrote a script in C that would correct it and this is 80% finished, but this person left and I am not able to continue fine tuning it on my own. This script will run on a database dump and will automatically chance all links and titles to a correct naming convention.
