Fatal error: Call to undefined method Title::isSpecialPage() in...
It appears I made the extension incompatible with MW 1.15 in the latest release without realising it. Either downgrade to Maps 0.7, or upgrade to MW 1.16. I will ensure compatibility is regained in the next release.
