Hello All,
According to the manual the extension/ExtensionFunctions.php is needed for the extensions extensions/Cite/SpecialCite.php and extensions/ExpandTemplates/ExpandTemplates.php, and probably for other extensions also.
Where can I find information about this extension? How do I activate it?
