In most cases, InnoDB tables are stored all in one big lump, in the
ibdata1 file in the main MySQL data directory. The .frm files in the
individual DB's directory only tell the system where to look.
You can usually copy the whole data directory, with all its global
files and per-DB subdirectories, to the new machine. Ensure that file
permissions are correct.
