I'm using:

but it keeps throwing one of the values out of the resulting hyperlink.
None of these values would be on the hyperlink, so it's normal for them not to be in the hyperlink.
What you should see is:
- a 200px-wide thumbnail image
- in a box
- with no caption text
- floating to the right
- which links to the page Image:Image.jpg on your wiki
If I add in
|caption|caption-text
then the caption show up correctly. But with no caption, it does the weird thing.
Can you describe the weird thing?
The weird thing is leaving one of the values outside the hyperlink. However, the fix that works is add the pipe after the last value. For example, this:

Results in a hyperlink to the image in a box, as expected, but with the "200px" on the next line, not hyperlinked. But if I add the pipe at the end:

Then it works as expected.
