Not necessarily, likely the server doesn't like you for some
legitimate reason. I'd have to check the logs. If you let me know the
IP address you're connecting from, I'll have a quick look, because
I'm interested to see, but I haven't got time to check in much depth
I'm afraid.
However, it shows that SMTP communication is getting through the
firewall anyway, if it wasn't it would just hang.
