[Mediawiki-l] Extensions causing problems after upgrade to 1.10.0

Check for any whitespace at the top or bottom of LocalSettings.php -
this will cause these sorts of problems. Ensure you are using a text
editor which detects and doesn't add these (e.g. not Notepad or
WordPad for Windows).
