no, at least, you also get extra tabs at the top of your pages (e.g. protect, delete,
move)
And why I am getting blank pages.
Do you mean that you don't have anything on screen or that pages have no text in it ?
(I mean : do you have "navigation", "toolbox", personnal tools
(login/logout) and action tabs (edit-history-...) ?)
