There's only one skin available so far (alpha stage, "business style" kinda)
I like it, good job! Actually, I might adopt this one as soon as it's production-ready!
Please let us know about any bugs and strange behavior in other browsers than the tested ones.
This isn't browser-related, but when previewing the rilgrey-01 skin (from the guest user's preferences), I get the following error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '-', expecting '{' in /hsphere/local/home/rilnet/demo.rilnet.org/w/skins/rilgrey-01.php on line 25
