Please don't. We don't want to de-evolve the usability of the web back
to hard-defined pixel and point sizes we were stuck with in the 80's and
90's, _especially_ for fonts.
What you really want, is to start with 0.8em (equivalent to 12px) and
work upward and downward from there, inheriting your styles as
appropriate for each element you're styling.
