Imho not really useful entering it for a Wiki, where all pages will
likely have the same license. Could be nice teh ability of adding it on
the skin / MediaWiki:Copyright
On the bug you talk about the images, but the link would be on the image
page, rel="license" means that the image page has this license, but what
you want to say is that *the image* has this license.
