When I have
some time, I'll look at the code to allow some simple cell
formatting, like defining column or row headers. (Maybe that's even
possible already; I haven't had a chance to try it out yet.)
No, it doesn't do that yet; I can't think of a way to do that kind of
stuff that doesn't end up being about as complex as the Wiki markup.
But if you come up with something, please let me know!

I've done a quick & dirty modification for column headings; when adding
a HEAD parameter, the table's first line will use TH instead of TD tags.

Shouldn't be hard to do something similar for table rows as well.
By the way: This extension uses raw HTML code (TR/TD tags) instead of
wiki markup - is that the way it's supposed to be? Or would a "cleaner"
way be to use wiki markup instead? (I know next to nothing about writing
extensions, that's why I'm asking.)
