The northern ones generally involve people travelling
significant
distances, which makes regular ones less likely. I would be interested
in more on occasion, though. I'm away from the north for the summer,
but I might try and organise one for October. I may attend one of the
London ones before then if I can.
Discovering that the Penderel's Oak is child-friendly was very nice
(and the 11am start meant we could have the All-Day Breakfast, which
is only available until noon. Yeah. And beer. Beer for breakfast is
the secret of Britain's historical greatness, you know) and made it
much more likely that Arkady and I will go to the effort of lugging
ourselves and small child there of a Sunday (which is actually quite a
bit of effort), assuming the Victoria Line's not down for maintenance
on the given weekend.
