Gordon's plan seems fine to me. Jimbo can turn up whenever he's ready.
And i dunno, I was just throwing open the question of whether we
wanted a journalist there - no objections so far, so i suppose it's
ok..

That's good to know - considering this we can maybe have a
brainstorm/update on legal matters first (eg MoA) and then work on the
formal board presentation and even wider picture later on. (?)
Do we want a reporter there though? Will Danny be there too (great, if
so)? (Danny - apologies if I gave you false info on weather here
today, although we all know the perennial topic here is notoriously
fickle.)
Details on how to get to the pub can be found at:
http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/28/2814/Royal_Oak/Borough - the
function room is upstairs. Other info on, obviously:

See you all then,
Cormac
Just a reminder to all that there is a meeting tomorrow (Sunday) to
discuss Wikimedia UK. It will be at 18:00 (UTC) on IRC Freenode,
channel #wikimedia-uk. Come one, come all (Gordon has already made his
apologies).
And to JamesF in particular: any advance on the bylaws / documentation?
See you there,
Cormac
