I am glad to see the discussion on Wikimedia list about blah blah blah.
Let me thank all those who responded but we will not answer any of your
questions.
As the President of the Wikimedia Chapter, let me take this opportunity
to clarify some of the concerns. If your concerns are too important and
too complex to answer, I'll start a new thread like this, just because
you'll be fooled.
Office bearers election:
MoA, MoA, MoA, MoA. Actually we don't like to share anything about our
so called meeting and election. Please understand it is not possible for
us to reveal politics and inner politics in the group. MoA, MoA, MoA, MoA.

Delay in communicating the result:
We are very busy people. Don't compare us with those creatures who
always trying to scratch wiki projects. I know there was a thread
discussing about chapter's openness in the meantime. But unfortunately,
in the meeting we have planned all our paperworks for next two weeks.
So it is impossible to disclose new names in that thread, even with EC
members participation. But believe me, we will acknowledge every delay.
Communication:
The chapter got registered just around a month back. And the office
bearers have taken up their roles in the official capacity only
recently. Even in this small time (and without any activity), we
realized old ones are not capable to do anything. We are think giants.
Moving forward, we should be able to ensure that there is focus on
better communication with the community by telepathy as in the past.
Next steps:
We are starting to get a bank account opened. I hope foundation will
pour dollars to the account. If not, we will be able to announce the
auction of memberships. Please do bear with us in case of any delays in
paper work (If you are good at paper work, you can join the chapter for
free).
Meanwhile, if anybody needs clarifications, please feel free to write to

Wikimedia Chapter is a registered society and we have to conduct the
proceedings as per the MoA. The elections were conducted post
registration as mandated by MoA.
Delay in communicating the result:
Due to the busy schedules, travel plans of some of the EC members the
paperwork following the first meeting of the EC was delayed. Without
paperwork, as an official entity we would be unable to send out a
public statement.
While the delay stays acknowledged, the EC should able to work
together in minimizing delays in future.
