I created a wiki for my co workers, but have noticed after a little testing that all the user hames are capitalized, even though I entered them as all lower case. Is there a setting I can toggle to make MW remember user names exactly as they were entered??

Sorry no, currently all usernames are capitalized.
At some point in the future we will have case-insensitive, case-preserving titles and you will be able to case them however you like, but that will be another major version away.
