I have error when I use  $wgUseInstantCommons or $wgForeignFileRepos[]

I have safe_mode off

The error is displaing only, if I search for example File:PD-icon-info.png or I editing/viewing this page

This seems broken in the 1.16 branch (fixed in trunk). Most likely, I would expect that r67684 and r67840 should be backported to that branch.
