Hello, i have some strange behaviour of the skin. Sometimes suddenly, the links in my wiki get underlined (only when i use the Internet Explorer). If i restart apache, they are normal again, not underlined.
Why?

Does it happen only when you're logged in? If so it could be the setting of your user preferences -- go to preferences tab, misc settings. There is a choice there to underline links and it overrides the CSS. You might have to clear your cache to see the changes.

Yes, you are right (couldn't see it, coause i didn't clear the cache)
How can I turn underlining off by standard. So that if there is a new user he hasn't got to turn it of in his preferences.
