David Gerard thought I might get more luck from asking here than asking him....
A Google search turned up the two tools in the subject, and I was kinda hoping that someone still had copies of them saved somewhere, as I can't find a download source for either of them. If anyone does, think I could get a copy of both?

(querybane is part of servmon).
edit monitconf.py, and run monit.py. this was never intended for use outside of Wikimedia, so you'll probably have a fiddle a bit to make it work for you.
