is there a way to insert an item into a list from within the form?
Something that would provide a text box and an insert link.
Thanks,
Phil
Hi,
The "tokens" input type may be what you're looking for, if I understand the question correctly:

That does sound like an option,
I was looking for something a little different as I wanted to create the selection as a page that uses a form were I can provide a description/definition.

What you want, then, may be a multiple-instance template - where the template holds two fields, one for the name and one for the description:

Ya thought of that as well
I don't want to display the description on the page, only link to the page, those creating the page know what it means, those reading the page may not.
I like the list because you can scan through the list rather than type ahead with the tokens, leaves room for similar entries that mean the same.
If the list had a token like entry point that would be cool and we could create red links to create the pages.
Currently I added a link to the form and a note to save before adding a new one.
I guess that leads to another question.
Can a page be saved without leaving the edit page?

Hi,
I didn't really understand your comments about lists, but yes, you can add a "save and continue" button to let users save while remaining on the form:
