How can you not have heard of Google sitemaps? Surely anyone involved in running a website keeps up to date with search engines and technologies. http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login The addition of a sitemap feature has bee submitted to wikibugs, when anyone will do anything I have no idea. In the meantime you can submit the new pages and recent changes RSS feeds to Google.
