Hey guys,

I am currently experiencing the same error on both backend and frontend of the wikibase i set up.

Backend: When trying to create new items via pywikibot(newitem.py).

Frontend: When trying to link an item to its respective page.

ERROR: no-external-page: The external client site 'wiki_name' did not provide page information for page 'page_name'.

Can anyone advise on how to fix this issue?
