Hi, I've upgraded successfully two of my Wikis using MediaWiki 1.4.9 to 1.6.7 using the $ p /maintenance/update.php . I just tried to upgrade my last Wiki using MediaWiki 1.4.5 and received the following error:

Status: 404 Content-type: text/html X-Powered-By: PHP/5.0.4

No input file specified.

Do you think if I ran $ p /maintenance/upgrade1_5.php first and then ran $ p /maintenance/update.php that it might work?
