I installed the new script which went smoothly, but it did not create a LocalSettings.php file in the config directory (I'm sure!). I tried twice. Very strange. Can someone please email me a copy of this file? I'll change the settings and use that since this is preventing the entire script from operating and my site is now down due to this...
