What's the best way to add another sidebar module. I use the top one, renamed, and the search box. But I've commented out the Tools module.

I want to add a new module with a title and then links.

Also, if my wiki is set up to open external links in a new window, is there a way to have external links *not* open in a new window on a case-by-case basis?
