I know it'll seem crazy to let people include javascript, but sometimes... Here is my hack.

For each page MyPage, the content of Head:MyPage is included in the head element.

You can then for each page customize the css rules or include some javascripts.

Of course, you'd better do this only on very secure edit rights for the Head namespace.
