For all pages, just edit [[Mediawiki:Sitenotice]], I think. For just
specific pages, I think you may need to write (or use
an existing)
extension - I don't think there is any functionality built into
MediaWiki to do that.
I've googled with wrong words.
With your hint I've found Extension:PageNotice by User:Duesentrieb
Probably this is what I want too.
