I was not reporting a bug, just asking for clarification on the
"page" that does not exist.
I think I know better than report a bug on 2-year-old software.
With 12+ active wikis in mid-semester, I don't plan on upgrading now,
and never had a problem with the current install, just a
misunderstanding.
I'm a big believer in KISS and IIABDF (If it ain't broke don't fix).
I was planning to upgrade after the school year is over, to the
latest stable versions.

You're running MediaWiki 1.5, the error message just looks far less
fancy and less like an error. They still don't exist.
Perhaps you should try upgrading to an actual supported version of
MediaWiki if you want to report bugs or fix issues which have already
been fixed. PHP4 has already reached it's end of life anyways.
