I'm also interested in being able to do this. I'm running 1.6.10 due to my old MySQL version and the only way I found to accomplish something similar is to add a caption to the image and make the caption a link. Example:

[[Image:picture.jpg|300px|Caption with [[a_page_link]]]]

I'd like to be able to do something like:

so that clicking on the image will take the user to the specified page, rather than to the image info page. However, I've found no instructions on how to do this, nor has experimentation yielded any results. Should I just do a template by hand, or is there a simpler way?
