Before I installed mediawiki we were using moin moin software for wikis. I would like to get rid of moin moin and use only mediawiki. Does anyone know how to migrate a moin moin wiki to mediawiki. Thanks for any help.

There's a page on mediawiki.org that's collected some scripts, links and other information on how to convert a Moin Moin wiki; if you haven't looked at it yet, it may be a useful starting point:

Yeah, I wrote that page after doing precisely one migration - it's definitely only a starting point. The problem is that anyone doing a migration does it *once*, so it's not the sort of project where knowledge builds up.
So, Malka will hopefully be able to add to the knowledge listed there, after doing it the hard way ;-) The Linux Foundation script looks like the least-unpromising start for now, if you can add to and extend that and put the results on mediawiki.org ...
