Hello,
I have a requirement to display pages as "includes" in pages in another site. I can put the wiki page in an iframe, but I only want to display the content part of the page. 3.3 in the FAQ shows how to suppress displaying non-content on the page, but I only want to suppress that when I do a page include.
Any ideas how to do this?
I believe you may be thinking of {{:<page name here>}} ?

The site that needs to include the MediaWiki pages is a portal, not a MediaWiki site. But the {{ }} functionality is what I am looking for; I just need to put that into a non-MediaWiki page.

Have you tried creating a very basic skin that displays only what you want, and then include the content by getting the content via something like http://yourwiki.com/wiki/The_page_you_want?useskin=thesimpleskin
this allows you to preserve you normal access to the site, and also include it with the formatting (and content) you want
hope this helps, Laurent

This seems like a time when you would use the API to me. Something like http://server/wiki/api.php?action=query&prop=revisions&titles=Main Page&rvprop=content
Good luck, -Courtney

That gives you wiki markup not the rendered content.
