The question is, for what purpose you need the address of all mailing list subscribers? If you want to communicate to all, you can send mail to the mailing list. If you want the email id of a particular user, you can find it from the mail he/she posted.

[[Special:Listusers]] on each wiki. I don't think there is a list of all users across the different projects. What exactly are you wanting to do? It sounds like you are trying to harvest addresses from Wikimedia in order to spam users, which will not be appreciated.
