I've written a PHP file based on Monobook that will insert the appropriate HTML content with certain function calls. It allows for "multiple content" pages so it can be compatible with forums. (Imagine if each post was an article, and they're all displayed on one page). I've modified the CSS/Structure so that section can have tool tabs (that is, div.portlet#p-cactions or "Views"). If anyone is interested, I'll post it somewhere public. (I'll tell you right now, it may be a pain to work with.)
